Bianco Neve
Photo coming soon
Bianco Neve can absorb oils from fabrication adhesives, potentially causing darkening along seams and edges. Ask your fabricator to seal all cut edges with an impregnating sealer before applying adhesive, and to use a non-staining epoxy rated for natural stone. This simple precaution prevents most seam-staining issues.
Bianco Neve may contain trace iron deposits within the stone. When exposed to moisture over time — especially in showers, around sinks, or exterior applications — these iron deposits can oxidize and cause rust-colored staining from within the stone. This is not a surface stain and cannot be cleaned with standard products. A professional stone restoration company can often treat iron stains with specialized poultices. Ask your fabricator to inspect the slab for visible iron deposits before installation.
Bianco Neve is a calcareous stone susceptible to acid etching. AntiEtch® provides permanent protection against lemon, vinegar, and other common acids.
